About Miss Flamingo

Miss Flamingo is a digital platform where tourists and locals can book authentic and customizable experiences in Torrevieja and surroundings. Discover unique proposals for tours, culture, gastronomy, sports, wellness, photography and events.

Our experiences take place in Torrevieja and surroundings. We are working to expand soon to other destinations in the province of Alicante.

Most experiences are available in Spanish and English. See the description of each activity for more details.

Bookings and personalisation

Search for the experience of your interest, select the date and number of participants, add the extras you want and complete your online booking with secure payment.

Yes. Many experiences offer optional services such as transportation, tour guides, food and drink, wellness services, gifts, and more.

We offer both options. You can choose to join a group or book a completely private activity, depending on availability.

Yes, you will receive an email with all the details shortly before the experience. Make sure you have your email updated in your account.

Payments

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are secure and your data is protected by encryption. Some methods may vary depending on your device or location.

No, all bookings must be paid in advance online through the platform. We do not accept cash or on-site payments.

Booking management

For now, reservations cannot be modified from the platform, only canceled, always according to the cancellation conditions of each experience. If you want to change the date, the number of participants or any extra, you will have to cancel the current reservation and make a new one from the website.

At this time it is not possible to add extras once the booking is complete. If you want to include optional services, you will have to do so during the booking process, before finalizing the payment.

For now, it is not possible to modify bookings from the platform. If you need to make a change, you will have to cancel your reservation and make a new one, according to the conditions applicable to each experience.

You will receive a confirmation email with all the details once you complete your booking. You can also check your upcoming and past bookings at any time from the “Bookings” section, or by going to “My Account” and clicking on “Bookings”, as long as you are logged in.

Cancellations and weather

Yes, depending on the activity. Many allow free cancellation at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Please check the specific policy before booking.

If the activity is affected by weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund, depending on the experience’s policy.

Gifts and support

Yes, you can purchase a gift card or book a personalized experience as a special gift for someone else.
