For about an hour, a narrator guide and several characters inspired by life on the coast will transport you back in time to discover the strategic role of this old watchtower, located in Cabo Cervera and linked to the defence of the coast, the salt trade and pirate raids.
You’ll learn how the horizon was watched, how the towers communicated through smoke by day and fire by night, and why coastal surveillance was essential in an era when sighting sails at sea could change everything.
Through dramatized scenes, humor and small participatory dynamics, you too will be part of the story! You will observe like a real lookout, help transmit alarm signals and discover why salt was so much more than an everyday product.
