This year we welcome the festive season with a very special experience at the Casino de Torrevieja. When booking, you can choose between creating a Christmas wreath, preparing an Advent wreath or participating in a practical cocktail workshop. Afterwards, we will enjoy a dinner with dishes in the center, a demonstration of plating Christmas sweets and live piano music. A different plan to share with your partner or your friends and start living the illusion of Christmas before December.
The wreath workshop will be guided by a florist with more than 30 years of experience at Carmina Floristería, a family business in Torrevieja founded in 1930. You can create a Christmas wreath to hang on the door or an Advent wreath with four candles. You will have all the materials and a welcome glass of cava, and you will take your creation home to decorate the door or table during the holidays.
Can you imagine surprising your guests at your next celebration with cocktails prepared by you? In this practical workshop, a professional bartender will teach you how to prepare three drinks: two for the welcome – one with alcohol and one without – and a third that you will enjoy at the end of the dinner. If you prefer, you can ask them to adapt the recipe to a non-alcoholic version.
After the workshops, we will settle at the tables in the historic main room of the Casino. There will be a demonstration of plating Christmas sweets, which we will taste for dessert. The dinner will include several dishes to share, with nods to the local gastronomy, such as salted fish and La Mata wines. If you have any allergies, intolerances or food restrictions, please indicate them in the notes of the reservation.
For two hours, the grand piano will accompany the evening. You can ask for songs from her repertoire and even dare to sing along with the accompaniment of the pianist.
If you want to complete the experience, you can add a gift to give as a gift this holiday season: a pack of local products or a handmade candle inspired by Torrevieja. You can also choose a pack of Christmas photos and take professional portraits to include in your Christmas greeting.
Recommended dress code: elegant, with a festive touch if you feel like it.
